Meanwhile, the now-dominant Kinshishi-kai faces a string of attacks targeting only their executives. The power balance in Yokohama begins to shift— and just then, their sworn enemy Baba is released from prison. Baba rallies the Kinshishi-kai to crush the Towada Family once and for all.
